Thoughs from a spirit who has left earth.

From my book, Phases of Life After Death:
I felt alive on earth and that has not left me to this date. I feel stronger than ever and whenever I think of people that I've left I just go visit them. I stay a while and they seem to know I am there. No matter when they come here I'll be ready for them and guide them as my uncle guided me. For what else can we do more important for our loved ones than to be here for them when they review their life on earth?
My life now is still a learning experience and also a teaching experience as it was in my life on earth. We are all one and I hope when I return to earth for a while in another body, I can feel all that I feel now and hold our love as precious and people as a part of us that must go on as we part company. Stand next to a loved one and you will feel what I mean.

comfort through out your days on earth

I thought the prologue from the spirit world from my book, Phases of Life After Death, may bring a feeling of peace.
PROLOGUE FROM THE SPIRIT WORLD
We live in a world different from yours. We are all one, but yet we can see you and except for a handful of people per thousand we remain a mystery. When we wrote the stories you will read, you will find them written with kindness, and love, and understanding toward those who have these memories within their minds, but cannot tap into them. This is to give you these memories and to assure you that they, and we, exist.
We want you to read our experiences knowing that although you can't see us we are nonetheless with you. We experience all that you do. We feel all that you do, and we never stop visiting those that mean the most to us on earth. That includes sisters, brothers, parents, strangers who may have helped us along the way, or others that we know need our help. We are helpful to those we can help, and we are comforting to those we are unable to help.
We never lose our way to you. We are always included in your life. We know of your weddings, your births, your disasters, and yes, your deaths. We are included in your world because it is only our bodies that have left. Our body rests in it's own resting place, we rest in ours, with you, and never apart.
When you read these accounts as each of us portray them, one by one, chapter by chapter, we are trying to fulfill a need we have, and that is to allow you to visit our world as we visit yours everyday.
Read on while we are with you and give you support in your conquest of life, both on earth and from where I speak.

New Year thoughts

Every New Year we wish ourselves and others well. This year, 2009, is the same and I do wish everyone a wonderful New Year. The thoughts that have come to me in many ways, from many people, have been about how much they feel that they influence the terrible things that happen in their lives. A lot of new age people tell them, through books, etc. that we have the power and the influence to stops things that happen to us, and when bad things happen it is our fault, we asked for them, and wanted them, and then they occur. Life and reality is not further from the truth. An example would be: A wonderful person told me that when her cat became very sick, she felt responsible. She felt she could have stopped it from happening. In truth, she could not. People who buy into the thoughts that they have so much power that they can stop the rain from falling, stop people from dying, stop sickness, stop accidents, stop people from hurting others and themselves, have long ago lost the truth in life; we don't have the power to do those things, and we don't have the knowledge that helps us make these decisions. It is just here for us to live through and learn from and we, of course, would not want to go through these things. The response to what I just wrote from those who believe that they do have the power and knowledge is: "We have to go through it". My response is that if you "have" to do anything it is not a choice.
What I say when I meet people who feel that they could have changed something terrible that has happened to them is, please give yourself a break. Know that we are all in the same boat. Don't think that awful things will come to you because of something that you did and that you could have done something to prevent it. Sometimes life is just a run away train. Sometimes life brings us to a train station that we do not want. Try telling a many ton train not to stop at that station and try to convince the conductor, who has his schedule to keep, that you, one person, do not want him to stop at that station. And then life will be more clear, easier, and less stressful because you will know that it is not for you to decide. The responsibility will be off your shoulders and as long as you take care of things as well as you know how, that is your power.
Enjoy the new year and enjoy each day. For when the train comes to the stops you don't want, remember that the train continues on it's way to much better and brighter stations.
