Ready to know
Sometimes when we are told something, by even a lot of people, we don't accept it in our minds. Then one day, when the time is right, we understand what we are told. I once told someone that they should leave their boy friend because he is dangerous and protect her finances. She protected her finances, but went through a nightmare with him for 3 more months. She wrote and told me about it later and said that she wished she had listened to me. It was not her time to know and when she was ready had the knowlede to leave him. Be patient with yourself when this happens to you because a lot of us are trusting. Luckily she is okay with her finances.

Gail, Sometimes we need to know what the right thing to do in life by letting time go by so that we don't make emotional decisions. Keep yourself going for a little while longer and allow yourself time to heal. Write back in a week and we'll go to the next step. Meanwhile know that we all fall down and we stand again with the help of others.
Dino, The best thing to do when learning automatic writing is to let the pen go and often. Within a few weeks the pen will know what to do.
